ABOUT
I am a PhD student in the Molecules, Cells, and Organisms (MCO) graduate program at Harvard University, where I'm studying vertebrate gut development in Cliff Tabin's lab. I've wanted to be a scientist for most of my life, but I also grew up making visual art in its various forms, like painting, sculpture, printmaking, and claymation. In recent years, I fell in love with improv comedy and performed weekly on Saturday nights at the Philly Improv Theater. My broad goal is to blend art/comedy with science through outreach to kids and adults, because I think learning about science should be as fun as science itself!
Besides all of the above, I love watching Bollywood movies, mainly for the songs, playing board games and video games with friends, drinking coffee, listening to '80s New Wave, and meeting dogs.
